Jerusalem  Hotels  Review August 2012

Moti’s Jerusalem Hotels Review is a personal review. Today Israeli hotels
have no stars so Moti gives them according to Moti’s standards.

Deluxe 5 stars – most expensive

1.  King David – the most famous hotel in Israel mainly for
its history (it was bombed by the Israeli underground 1946 when it was used as
a British military headquarter) and being Israel government guest house. Old stile
great location, excellent service, but if an official guests is in the hotel
you are going to be searched a lot or if fully booked it can be quite noisy.

2. David Citadel President Bill Clinton prefer it (some body whisper that Monica was at the King David ha ha ha),
modern, excelent location, but nothing of Jerusalem soul in it.

3.  Mamila –  the most recent build, excellent location, no view from rooms but
great view afternoon from the roof, personal service, modern architecture try
to be to exclusive.

4. American Colony located in East Jerusalem operate by Palestinian staff excellent
service, rooms like in a dream, very romantic. But they do not know to prepare
good espresso.

5.  Mount Zion great view, excellent rooms.

6.  Inbal  the favorite of Condoleezza Rice
